After a quick chat to explain the logistics of the move, the crew will safely load all your belongings onto the removal truck using modern removal techniques. Each item will be individually packed and where necessary be covered using removal blankets.
Your property is then securely transported to your new home and all your cartons and furniture are placed in a logical manner, and where requested, furniture is unwrapped and reassembled.
In no time at all you’ll be settled into your new home and enjoying your property.
Vehicles
Having the right vehicle for your move will really make a difference and ensure your move is more efficient and timely. We operate a quality fleet of reliable vehicles that can accommodate any size of removal job, from a part load to large home and more.
From transit vans right through to 7.5 tonne removal lorries, we can manage even the biggest of moves. All of our vehicles meet low emission standards and are fitted with premium removal bodies for the safe transportation of the customer’s goods. We also carry everything needed to protect your property such as blankets and van ties.
Crew
Our staff are a valuable part of our business and over the years we have built up an experienced and dedicated team. Each member of the team is employed solely by Grays and we never use staff from agencies, temporary workers or sub-contract our work.

If you are looking for secure storage in London, Essex and the Home Counties, Grays offer a variety of options for your storage needs. People have many different reasons for needing storage. Perhaps you are selling your home and need some to store the ‘clutter’ or are giving your property a makeover. Whatever the reason we offer affordable and safe long or short term storage solutions.
We offer a 250 Cube warehouse container which is 7.07 cubic meters or 35.2 square foot. This wooden storage container comes with us in the lorry and is packed outside your front door so you can see how your items have been packed. This wooden container is then sealed at your front door and is not seen until you request your belongings back. Our vehicles can take up to three wooden storage containers on one trip.
Secure Containerised Storage
After being sealed, your container is then transported back to our premises and stored at our state of the art warehouse. You can have peace of mind your goods are in safe hands as our premises are monitored by CCTV and we have 24 hour on site security.
We also have a 20ft Metal shipping container available which is 1150 cube. With this service access is restricted. Please contact us to find out more about our metal container storage.
